The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic, decisive, and motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. The responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator may include, but are not limited to the folllowing:
Monthly Reconciliations of Payroll cash and liability accounts for multiple business units
Processing and paying various benefits
Monthly finance close responsibilities including General ledger input and uploads
Year-end reporting
Tracking and appropriate follow up to responsible teams on outstanding liabilities

Ability to organize, prioritize, and work within deadlines
Desire outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent documentation skills – attention to detail, rigorous work paper standards
Great time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines
Problem analysis and resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant experience in preparation of reconciliations and review of financial statements, desired but not required
Experience with Quickbooks, or similar
